Photoshop License Agreement Keeps Popping Up

That is just a guess, but I wonder if it could be a firewall problem. I imagine that the software has to communicate with Adobe servers and tells them that you have accepted the agreement before you can use the software. The user agreement is always displayed after acceptance. I have a project to do and I`m stressed.
